This course will equip managers and supervisors with an understanding of OHS legal obligations specific to their role. Covering all significant health and safety aspects, this course teaches managers and supervisors to effectively manage the first 24 hours after an injury, perform a risk assessment, consult with employees and health and safety representatives, and identify adequate risk controls. This program requires active participation by incorporating case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises.

This program will provide participants with an understanding of how to reduce and mitigate hazards and risks in the workplace. This program will provide participants with a sense of how to proactively address all types of workplace hazards and risks as well are preventative tips and tricks on preventing workplace injuries.
