Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

The online Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Refresher Course is designed for those who have previously completed a MHFA course within the past 3 years, providing a convenient way to refresh your skills and gain an additional three years of accreditation through a fully online 4-hour refresher.

In this interactive online program, you will learn how to:
- Gain an understanding of the latest research in the mental health field.
- Refresh and discuss the three key actions for helping someone who is suicidal.
- Work through complex mental health first aid interactions.
- Share experiences and engage in group discussions.
- Practise mental health first aid skills.

- Refund requests must be submitted ten calendar days before the course date.
- Rescheduling requests made within ten calendar days of the scheduled course date will incur a fee of $80 plus GST.
- In the event of a session postponement, participants have the option to transfer their registration to the next available session or select an alternative date.
- Acceptance of terms and conditions acknowledges a commitment to the booked ticket.
- Refund requests after manual dispatch will incur a deduction from the refund total.
