Program Format:

This program utilises an interactive flipped online learning model. Participants engage in up to 2 hours of self-paced pre-course work, followed by a 1.5-hour facilitator-led online workshop.

  2. Rescheduling requests made within ten calendar days of the scheduled course date will incur a fee of $100 plus GST.
  3. In the event of a session postponement, participants have the option to transfer their registration to the next available session or select an alternative date of their choosing.
  4. Acceptance of terms and conditions acknowledges a commitment to the booked ticket.
