Managing a Multi-Generational Workplace – 12 March
This two part course will being by exploring Millennials or people born between 1982 and 1993 who equate for a third of the workforce and will make up three-quarters of the world working population by 2025. The second half of this session will analyse the implications of an ageing population as week as active management of and advantages that come with having an ageing workforce.
