Terms and Conditions

• Refund Policy: Submit refund requests at least 10 business days before the course date to avoid penalties. After this period, the full fee is payable. If your MHFA manual has already been dispatched, the cost of the manual and postage will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• Rescheduling: To avoid fees, make rescheduling requests a minimum of 10 business days in advance. A fee of $80 plus GST applies for requests made within 10 days of the course date.
• Session Postponement: If WorkPlace Interventions needs to reschedule, participants can transfer to the next available date or select an alternative.
• Acceptance of Terms: By requesting an invoice or making payment directly, participants formally agree to these terms, including the 10-business-day cancellation and rescheduling policy.
