1. Refund requests must be submitted ten calendar days before the course date.
2. Rescheduling requests made within ten calendar days of the scheduled course date will incur a fee of $80 plus GST.
3. In the event of a session postponement, participants have the option to transfer their registration to the next available session or select an alternative date.
4. Acceptance of terms and conditions acknowledges a commitment to the booked ticket.
5. Refund requests after manual dispatch will incur a deduction from the refund total.
