OHS Essentials for Managers – 12 August

This session has been designed to provide people managers with the necessary knowledge, information, and tools to be able to successfully manage health and safety at work. The course is informative, interactive, and up to date, featuring case studies, guidance material and has specialist input.
Covering all major aspects of work health and safety, including the impact of manslaughter legislation, this session focuses on effective leadership, culture, and mindfulness, including a guide to the health and safety legislative framework. Further topics include, incident management (including Covid-19 requirements), duty of care, risk assessing, effective consultation including issue resolution, incident investigation and identifying the appropriate risk controls.
