How to Develop a Return to Work Plan for a Mental Injury – 7 June

Workers may experience personal issues or workplace issues such as excessive workloads, poor workplace culture, critical incidents, bullying and harassment, and non-compliance with company policies that can lead to sustaining a psychological injury. This practical workshop enables participants to acquire the skills to consider reasonable adjustments and to effectively ‘create’ a return to work plan for an injured employee with a psychological injury.
- Enhanced skills in the development of assessing suitable duties, workplace adjustments, modifications and supports for an employee returning to work with a mental injury.
- Increase knowledge and confidence for collaborating with treaters in the development of a return to work for employees experiencing mental ill health.
