- Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the course date. After this period, the full fee is payable. If the MHFA manual has been dispatched, the cost of the manual and postage will be deducted from the refund amount. Rescheduling is available with applicable fees.
- Rescheduling: Requests must be made a minimum of 10 business days in advance. A fee of $250 plus GST applies if rescheduled within 10 days.
- Session Postponement: If Workplace Interventions needs to reschedule, participants can transfer to the next available date or select an alternative.
- Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing this course or requesting an invoice, participants agree to these terms and conditions, including the refund and rescheduling policies.
