This intensive course has been designed to continue the learning from Advanced Workers’ Compensation and Return to Work Training Part 1.

Part 2 of this advanced program looks at improving skills in early and pre claims management, the role of emotional intelligence in the management of complex claims, strategies for engaging challenging treating health practitioners, and understanding and participating in the dispute resolution process.
