Creating mentally healthy workplaces is an essential characteristic of a comprehensive Work Health and Safety Management System. From a 2014 government report it is estimated that, at any point in time, one in six working age people will be suffering from mental illness, which is associated with very high personal and economic costs.

This session is an evidence based approach to building on the positive aspects of your working environment and taking steps to reduce any risk factors for stress or mental illness.

Participants will be equipped with practical tools for developing a mentally healthy workplace through 5 key stages in line with the literature.

Suitable for HR professionals, OHS, mid and senior management, and for organisations who are at higher risk of mental health issues.
